DELICIOUS LONDON

While in London we tasted some restaurants. This is always a good experience that reminds in our memory. Smells and tastes stay with us. Here just some of them.

I don't remember all places, but if you are in Notting Hill, just try Granger & Co. This is a good one. And of course you have to have a break at the Tate when you are visiting the exhibitions!!

London is always a good idea.

Cuando estuvimos en Londres probamos algunos restaurantes y cafés. Esta es siempre una buena experiencia que permanece en tu memoria. Los olores y los sabores permanecen con nosotros. Aquí están algunos de ellos.

No recuerdo todos los lugares, pero si estáis en Notting Hill, probad Granger & Co. Está muy bien.

Y por supuesto tenéis que aprovechar un descanso en la Tate cuando visitéis las exposiciones.

Londres es siempre una buena idea.

Brussels and its corners.
The gianduja and cherry pies are made by Marta. I can tell you now that I'm also working with her on several projects that will surprise you.

I already miss you.

Los pasteles de gianduja y cereza son creación de Marta. Con ella además estoy trabajando en varios proyectos que os sorprenderán.

Bruselas, tan ecléctica, tan misteriosa, tan gris, tan cautivadora,
ya te echo de menos.

La Quincaillerie

Arriving in Brussels at night we were surprised because of a rare summer temperature. When this happens, the streets are full of people and terraces become the most precious thing to get. Walking around Châtelain neigborhood, a place caught our attention and unlike everyone we enjoyed the interiors of the Quincaillerie, a 1900 old hardware store that is now a great restaurant.

La llegada a Bruselas por la noche nos sorprendió con una poco habitual temperatura estival. Cuando esto ocurre, y más allí, las calles se llenan de gente y las terrazas se vuelven el bien más preciado. Paseando por Châtelain, un sitio nos llamó la atención y al contrario que todo el mundo disfrutamos de los interiores de La Quincaillerie, una antigua ferretería de 1900 que es ahora restaurante.

We have not much time now, we are preparing many things: new projects, new works, new collections, new collaborations...

Learning and working a lot.

So we see these own images on Instagram with envy.

But we are happy.

Yes, you can enjoy when you work on something that you really love.

No tenemos mucho tiempo ahora, estamos preparando muchas cosas: nuevos proyectos, nuevas trabajos, nuevas colecciones, nuevas colaboraciones ...
Aprendiendo y trabajando mucho.
Así que ahora vemos nuestras propias imágenes en Instagram con envidia.
Pero estamos contentos.
Sí, se puede disfrutar cuando se trabaja en algo que realmente te gusta.

Something sweet.
Something sweet is making a present,
spending time cooking for someone.

You have to taste Dear Breakfast. (Gluten free. Delicious...)

dedicar tiempo a cocinar para alguien.

Sunday. Sun day.
I don't like sundays pretty much, but this is a beautiful one,
it's a sunny day and we are combining a bit of work with some breaks to eat.
This details make my day.
And sundays become sun days.

Domingo. Día de sol.
No me gustan demasiado los domingos, pero este no está del todo mal, es un día soleado y lo estamos combinando: algo de trabajo con pequeñas paradas para picar.
Estos detalles cambian el día.
Domingos dejan de ser domingos.
